For more than 20 years, we have been on the trail of the perfect coffee, either together or as individuals. After years in mechanical and plant engineering, in the plastics and aluminum industry, and other industrial sectors, this journey began as a manufacturer and distributor of fully automatic coffee machines for the professional sector.
We tried to produce the perfect coffee all over the world and to enthuse old and new markets. We were faced with many challenges in the process. Not like at the beginning of fully automatic machines, when in Germany, due to the market and customer taste, we tried to produce coffee without crema - just imagine that today! But also exciting ones, such as in Japan, when customers tried to brew coffee with demineralized water, which of course failed because the flavor carriers were missing. Or in Taiwan, when a completely new market was opened up to coffee and the professional, fully automatic coffee machine was introduced. As is easy to imagine, we encountered completely different challenges in Dubai, the USA and other regions.
